Nakul Kohli has over 10 years of experience in Canadian and international tax laws, corporate and commercial laws, and civil laws. Nakul has spent over 9 years in Big 5 accounting firms in Canada where he assisted individuals and corporations with tax audits, tax compliance, and global tax planning. In addition, he spent over 2 years in a mining and energy company in India where he overlooked the strategic litigation matters for the energy sector.

With an LLB from India, LLM in International Trade Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, In-depth in tax and advanced in-depth in international tax laws from the CPA, Nakul brings a holistic approach to his legal services, especially domestic and international tax issues.

Nakul volunteers as the director of the Cultural Group of Niagara, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting cultural development in the Niagara region. In his free time, Nakul likes spending time with his 2 boys or playing tennis.
